Opening Hours
Please note that the Canine Therapy Centre is based at Warwickshire College, Moreton Morrell Campus, and the building may also be in use for other college purposes.

Arrival via Main Entrance (Lime Tree Drive):
Press the buzzer at the barrier for access from Reception
Follow the single track road to the lower campus car park next to the Canine Therapy Centre

Arrive via John Taylor Way, which leads directly to the lower campus car park from the north end of Moreton Morrell village
Parking:
Free parking is available, including designated accessible spaces
The building is wheelchair-friendly with ramp access

The Canine Therapy Centre is located on the lower campus, adjacent to the Blacksmithing Forge and
Agricultural Engineering Workshop.
Pre-Appointment Checklist
To ensure a smooth visit:
- Your pet should arrive clean, with minimal mud or debris on coat and paws
- Make sure your pet has toileted before the session
- Pets must be free from infectious or contagious conditions (eye, ear, skin infections, vomiting, diarrhoea, kennel cough)
- No vomiting or diarrhoea in the past 48 hours
Hydrotherapy-specific guidance:
- No open wounds or cuts unless treated as part of the session
- Avoid feeding 3 hours prior to the session to reduce the risk of Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus (GDV)
- Wear clean, sensible, non-slip footwear
- Owners must clean up after pets and dispose of waste appropriately
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
- Arriving within 15 minutes late: session may be shortened
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late: full session fee applies and appointment will need rescheduling
- Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice via phone or email
- Missed or late-cancelled appointments will be charged in full
We recommend allowing extra time for travel, parking, and toileting your pet before your appointment.
Insurance Claims
- We are happy to assist with claims after full payment
- Small administration fee applies (see current price guide)
- Bring a printed claim form or we can complete digital forms for supported insurers
